All products are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch. Should a product be faulty, please email us within 14 days of purchase and provide photos showing the defect. In accordance with the ACCC if the item has a minor flaw then Junior FRACO have the right to repair the fault and return it back to you. If unable to be repaired, a replacement item that matches the original purchase will be provided subject to availability.

Any faulty product returns must be unused, with swing tags attached and in original condition.

In the event a refund is issued the original shipping fee is refundable but the customer is responsible for all costs incurred in returning parcels to Junior FRACO. Junior FRACO will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement item. 

Unfortunately we do not accept change of mind returns.
